A Big Yes to You + Retreat to Mallorca or Santa Fe

My heart is so full right now.

I just returned from a sold-out retreat to Portugal, and I'm still carrying the warmth of it with me. Two more trips are on the horizon and both are nearly gone.

But first. Why is my heart so full?

Because there is something uniquely beautiful about a woman who says YES to herself. Not to her to-do list. Not to her family's needs or her job's demands. To herself. When women come together in a new place, with open hearts and a shared sense of adventure, something extraordinary happens.

Conversations go deeper than they do at home. Laughter comes easier. Strangers become sisters. You discover parts of yourself you forgot were there, or perhaps never knew existed. You realize you aren't the only one craving more: more beauty, more connection, more vibrance. And when you return home, you carry that with you. The bonds formed on these trips aren't just memories. They are long-lasting friendships forged in the particular magic of being somewhere new, together, as women who chose to show up for themselves.

Mallorca Hiking Adventure

Picture yourself on a sun-drenched Spanish island, where dramatic coastal cliffs meet turquoise water and the scent of wild rosemary drifts across the trails. Mallorca is breathtaking on its own but we're going to live it, not just see it.

We'll hike trails that reveal the island's rugged, soul-stirring beauty, then wander into whitewashed villages where time moves slowly and the local wine is cold and the conversations are long. We'll duck into little shops, linger over incredible food, and let the rhythm of the Balearic Islands work its magic on us. This trip is equal parts adventure and ease. The kind that leaves you feeling strong, free, and deeply restored.

The Santa Fe Retreat:

A Sacred Southwest Journey

This is a six-day immersion into one of the most spiritually rich, visually stunning places in America. Northern New Mexico has a way of cracking you open. We will visit Abiquiu with its vast desert landscapes, the ancient traditions, the art that seems to pulse from the earth itself.

We'll hike through high desert terrain as the light shifts and the silence does something good to your nervous system. We'll explore iconic galleries and art spaces, then get our own hands into the work in a private creative workshop. A private cooking class will bring us into the heart of New Mexican cuisine and culture. And we'll experience Día de los Muertos — not as tourists, but as participants in a tradition centered on remembrance, reflection, and the tender act of honoring what matters most.

As Oprah has always said: give yourself the gift of time. I'd add: give yourself the gift of doing it with women who see you, celebrate you, and walk alongside you.
