What Are Your Dreams Trying to Tell You?
I’ve long wondered: what if our fears, our dreams, our strange nighttime stories… are connected to something deeper? Something from another time, another place?
When I was young, I had a recurring dream of a car slipping off a cliff. It happened over and over, each time a little different, but the sensation of falling was always the same. It haunted me. Just like the dream I had years after my grandmother Sylvia died. Our relationship was complicated, but in the dream, she appeared with her hands open, offering peace. I woke up changed. That dream softened something in me I didn’t even know I was still holding on to.
Dreams have a mysterious way of accessing what’s buried - emotionally, spiritually, sometimes ancestrally. But what do they mean? Why do we have the same dreams again and again? Why do the departed sometimes visit us while we sleep?
Whether you remember your dreams vividly or only catch fleeting glimpses, this is a conversation that might just change the way you interpret your dreams.
