Chapters of Change:

Turning Passion Into Purpose

Thursday, October 9, 2025
5:30 PM - 7:30 PM

What to Expect

Life unfolds in chapters.

Closing one door often leads us to a more purposeful, authentic, and fulfilling version of ourselves. Yet stepping into that next chapter isn’t always easy.

Join RevelEleven for an inspiring evening as we hear from three women who have taken bold leaps to reimagine their lives and careers. Our panelists have each left behind traditional paths to embrace a new venture and share what it took to step into the unknown and discover something even better on the other side.

Our panelists include:

  • Chelsia Andreassen who left the corporate world to pursue her dream of becoming a nutritionist

  • Stephiney Foley who founded a groundbreaking postpartum care platform after more than a decade as an Army combat officer

  • Sarabeth Rees, a leader who walked away from corporate life to guide a nonprofit combatting child sex trafficking called Stolen Youth.

This evening will be co-hosted with Jamie Hunt, founder of Fast Penny Spirits and a former corporate executive who herself pivoted to pursue her passion, creating a women-owned and operated award winning amaro distillery.

Tasty bites, catered by Wendy Simply Cooks, and spritz drinks from Fast Penny Spirits will be included with your ticket. Wine and bubbles will also be served. Two drinks tickets will be provided.

We’re proud to partner with Ellevate on this event, a global community dedicated to supporting and elevating women in their professional journeys.

She wanted to help people reclaim their health. Chelsea is now a nutritionist and functional medicine practitioner with a mission to help people restore balance through evidence-based nutrition and lifestyle practices. She holds a BS in Nutrition & Culinary Arts from Bastyr University and is currently pursuing her MS in Nutrition & Functional Medicine while completing her Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS) credential.

After serving as an Army Officer, she transitioned into the tech industry, leading product teams at Tesla, Amazon, and IDEO. Her own experience with postpartum mood disorders inspired her to found Yuzi Care, where she merges her background in technology and operations with her certification as a postpartum doula through DONA International.
