Live Until You Die:
A Signal to Live

What to Expect

Every one of us is going to die.

But not every one of us will truly live until we do.

What if thinking about the end isn't meant to frighten us, but to wake us up?

Dr. Katie Eastman invites us to see mortality as a powerful reminder to live more fully now. Drawing on more than 40 years of walking alongside people through grief, loss, illness, caregiving, and profound life transitions, she explores what becomes possible when we stop waiting and start paying attention to what matters most.

The trip you've been putting off. The conversation you've been avoiding. The dream you've been postponing. The people you love. The life you still want to live.

This isn't really a conversation about dying. It's a signal to LIVE. To release what no longer matters, embrace what does, and make the most of the time we have.

Her message is simple and powerful: peace, connection, and meaning aren't things we have to wait for. We can choose to cultivate them today.
