12:00 PM - 1:00 PM PST

What to Expect

We all know the feeling - the constant exhaustion of juggling careers, ambitions, and relationships, often at the expense of our health.

But what if the key to mental and physical rejuvenation lies in embracing wholesome foods and practices that have stood the test of time?

Join us on Wednesday, February 26th at 12:00 pm PST as we meet Michelle Jungmin Bank. As Koren-American living in New York City and author of SUN & SSUKGAT: The Korean Art of Self-Care, Wellness & Longevity – she found herself in excruciating pain due to the constant sacrificing of her health and wellness for work – a trade many of us make daily. To begin her recovery, she turned to the traditional Korean food and culture of her childhood.

Michelle draws from her East-West training in preventative care and 16 years of living and in Asia, learning from Buddhist nuns, centenarians, and haenyeo (female seafood foragers). Her journey inspired her to adopt nutrient-rich recipes, embrace zero-waste cooking, and cultivate a lifestyle deeply rooted in community.
