  • Christina is a Registered Nurse, Functional Nutrition Practitioner and Breathwork Facilitator who specializes in helping people with autoimmune disease and hormone imbalance take control of their health through nutrition, lifestyle shifts and personal empowerment. She came to this work largely because of her own experience with autoimmunity and chronic illness and navigating our health care system.
