Energy Rising: The Neuroscience of Leading with Emotional Power

Can you control your brain’s energy? Some days we feel like we are firing on all cylinders while other days we struggle to keep focus. Is there a way to harness your brain’s energy in the moment and use it to empower you? We’ll find out on Wednesday, February 7 at 12 noon PST as we discuss our potential with Dr. Julia DiGangi the author of Energy Rising – The Neuroscience of Leading with Emotional Power.

She will teach us how to recognize and transform our brain’s energy through eight “codes” or principles. Some of them may surprise you, suggesting you do the opposite of what you want to do. You will learn why they work and how to apply them through exercises and reflections.

About the speaker: Dr. Julia DiGangi is the founder of NeuroHealth Partners and a practicing neuropsychologist and researcher in the neuroscience of emotional, cognitive, and social health. She is an expert on the effects of chronic stress on our brain and our behavior. She has treated stress and trauma in civilian, community, business, and military contexts. She has worked with traumatized and underserved communities around the globe for more than twenty years.
