Intuitive Eating for Mind + Body

What would it feel like to befriend your body - you know, really have each other's back in this crazy world of thin beauty ideals? What would it feel like to honor your health based on your internal wisdom and personal definition of wellness and beauty? This workshop is not another diet-lifestyle-wellness prescription. It's about redefining health starting with your relationship with food and your body.

Register Dietitian and Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor Amanda Bullat will teach you how to heal your relationship with food and your body through gentle nutrition, mindful eating, and body respect. Learn how messages about health and body image can keep you stuck in old diet and exercise habits and learn how to get unstuck by trusting your body's unique wisdom with eating, movement, and emotional regulation.

About Amanda: Over the past 2 decades, Amanda has navigated healing her relationship with food and her body. She found diet rock bottom and a lifeline to healing while traveling in Nepal. After a successful competitive running career, she went on to recover from a disordered relationship with food and exercise. During recovery, she earned a master’s degree in nutrition and dietetics from Bastyr University. Amanda is honored to serve as a guide and mentor to her clients - partnering with them to heal their relationship with food and their body through simple, specific strategies based on the principles of Intuitive Eating, Health At Every Size® and the therapeutic Be Body Positive Model©.
