Joy, Movement & Lifestyle

Do you remember a time when you would stay out all day and play with your neighborhood friends. Running, jumping and riding bikes? Your parents had to yell at you to come into the house for dinner. Movement was a habit we created at a very young age.

Today, adults tend to live sedentary lifestyles and are caught up in taking care of other people’s needs before our own. Join RevelEleven and Sarah Gascon, PhD, on November 1st at 8am PT to explore how we can put our needs first. We will discuss the five pillars of health: exercise, nutrition, hydration, meditation, and sleep.

Each pillar will help you shed light on the importance of achieving your ideal performance state and creating a change in your lifestyle. These minor adjustments can significantly improve your health, bring joy and movement back into your life.

About Sarah Gascon: Sarah is a certified fitness trainer, wellness coach and Captain of the USA Women's Handball Team. She recently earned her PhD in Kinesiology focused in Biomechanics from Auburn University, while training full-time for the 2020 Olympic Games.
