Dr. Yasmine Mason is a mother, chiropractor and founder of Fermentation Farm in Costa Mesa, CA.
Raised by a Filipino father and French mother on a farm in Nevada, she learned at an early age the benefit of organic and home grown foods and the joy of preparing and sharing healthy and delicious meals.
While taking a break from her chiropractic practice to raise her family, she began experimenting with creating her own kombucha and natural yogurt. What started as a side project to share with family and friends, began to grow in demand, and she quickly realized there was a gap in the market for true fermented food production.
