For many, midlife (and the years leading up to it) can be a wild and unexpected ride. Between hormonal shifts, physical changes, aging in a youth obsessed culture, an inner call for more meaning & less BS, not to mention the often-overwhelming desire to change things up with a side of “where do I even start?!,” it’s no wonder we let ourselves believe we are heading for a crisis.
The good news? Life and Health Coach and author of Midlife No Crisis: An Audacious Guide to Embracing 50 and Beyond, Lisa Levine, says we can look at aging as an opportunity for positive transformation instead. There’s no such thing as “anti-aging” but there are a multitude of ways to age awesomely and audaciously. Lisa will cover some of her favorite strategies and tips so you can learn how to move forward in life feeling great and with energy, clarity and delight.
After hearing Lisa’s talk you will leave feeling empowered to tackle midlife challenges and motivated to make any necessary adjustments to habits and mindsets that may conspire to keep you stuck.
About Lisa: Lisa Levine is a certified Life Coach and Health Coach and the author of Midlife No Crisis: An Audacious Guide to Embracing 50 and Beyond. She feels strongly that Wellness is much more than a trendy buzzword; it’s the partnership between body, mind & spirit that is constantly growing and evolving throughout our lives.
Through her business, Audacious Health & Wellness, she helps women who are approaching midlife create new and healthy habits in the way they think, eat, sleep and move, empowering them to live their lives fully and audaciously. She says, “I really think of myself as a Possibility Coach because that’s the ultimate goal of coaching; helping people get unstuck and reconnected to the limitless possibilities that exist for all of us.” In addition to group coaching, teaching workshops, leading retreats and doing 1:1 work, her areas of expertise include nutrition, sharing uncomplicated ways of adding in more healthy choices as well as cooking and meal prep tips. Lisa is based in Seattle, Washington and spends much of her time writing, enjoying the beauty of the Pacific Northwest and playing in the kitchen, creating healthy fare for her husband, her twenty-something kids (whenever they are home!), and, lately, for her “pod.”
