Breath-work is a powerful tool for personal transformation and liberation. With presence, conscious breath, and awareness, we attend to the quality of our thoughts, releasing limiting beliefs and replacing them with positive energy. Applying the principle of acceptance to ourselves, we discover the capacity to welcome our changing emotions. We learn the value of letting go and surrendering to what is. Conscious breathing brings clarity to both mind and body, we find ourselves more and more empowered in our daily lives, empowered to generate, to cultivate, and to create.

About Nancy Medwell-Scanagatta:

Nancy has worked the past three decades as an artist, photographer, and co-founder of Carlo Scanagatta Designs. Currently, she facilitates clients in integrating conscious breathing and Ayurveda into their daily life to restore their health.

For decades she has been a student of Ayurveda. An ancient medical health science of longevity and healing. It is a way of understanding balance and imbalance in the body to avoid the progression of disease by addressing the causes early on. It was a near-death experience that brought Nancy to Ayurveda, a lifestyle choice that transformed her mental, physical, spiritual, and emotional well being.
