Sunday Morning Yoga

Move your body to beautiful music in this beginner’s yoga class taught by one of Seattle’s best. Join us on Sundays at 8 am with Tina Templeman (LMP, Tier 3 Baptiste Yoga Influencer, 500hr ERYT, and 2 time lululemon Ambassador), for an hour long yoga class which is accessible for all levels of yoga. Gaining mental and physical strength during these times is important for the mind, body and soul.
