RevelEleven is a community of women across the globe who come together online to listen to outstanding speakers who cover a variety of topics. From mental, physical and financial well-being to current events and climate change, we cover topics that you care about and we have fun doing it. We brought Revel and Eleven together for a reason. This number has been an ever-present force in our lives for years. There’s magic in 11.
Aside from being a prime number in mathematics and a master number in numerology, when 11 shows up we know that illumination and auspicious occurrences are in the works.

Joanie Parsons
Part dream builder, part rule breaker. Joanie is the heart and soul of everything she touches. She’s been bringing women together ever since she became a woman.
Why did you start RevelEleven? There’s nothing better than gals getting together. Together we are unstoppable.
Superpowers: Curator, Igniter, Connector
Who is a woman that inspired you? My mom. She was single, strong and intuitive. She was all about supporting women. She always told me that I could do anything I set my mind to. She asked questions about the universe and always thought there was more to this world than the eye could see. She inspired my life.
What's one thing you wish you knew when you were 25? That everything will all work out. It’s just about time.

What gives you purpose: Staying connected with friends and family. Working with young people to help them learn life-skills to grow into thriving young adults.
Wellness philosophy: Balance. Listen to my body and decide what is best for me.
How do you hope RevelEleven grows in the future? That it continues to be a resource of women everywhere. That women of all ages continue to engage together. That we hold a light for all women to become stronger and mindful in their personal and professional lives.
Spirit animal: Dolphin…Breathe with me. Breath of the Divine. Manna of the Universe, in Oneness we entwine.
Rejuvenating locations in the world? Winthrop, Sun Valley, Montana, Mount Blanc area, Lycian Way. Really anywhere in nature with big open sky.

Kendra Smith
Always up for the next adventure, Kendra uses her enthusiasm and creativity to help with social media and back-end logistics to ensure everything is up to date for RevelEleven.
What do you love about RevelEleven? I love that RevelEleven has brought together an amazing community of women from all around the world and created a supportive, nurturing, and uplifting space where we can all learn something to better ourselves and the world around us.
Best Hike: Hiking through Grindelwald in the Swiss Alps.
Wellness philosophy: Don’t stress over the small things. Live in the moment and live life to your fullest.
Rejuvenating locations in the world? South of France, Iceland, Hawaii, Winthrop, and any hike in the PNW.
What is your spirit animal? Butterfly- they are so beautiful and awe-inspiring, and I love their symbolism of growth and transformation.
Ruth Winbauer
As a life-long learner, Ruth joined the RevelEleven team to help with member outreach and creating fun and exciting events & retreats. Adventures for your Spirit!
What makes RevelEleven so special? I love this community of women! From day one, I found a place here and I couldn’t be happier to now be a team member.
What gives you purpose? My family. I was quite young when I lost my parents and I am so grateful to have a whole passel of siblings, a loving husband, wonderful son and daughter-in-law with a grandson on the way!
What is your spirit animal? Bird – I can’t even pick just one. They all give me such joy and a connection to my Mom who was an avid bird watcher.

Kelsey Aanerud
Kelsey is a marketing strategist, brand builder, and a creative facilitator. She specializes in developing relevant communications and marketing programs that build awareness, generate engagement, and make a measurable difference. A collaborator and connector at heart, she’s passionate about RevelEleven because it brings together like-minded women who are interested in having real conversations, engaging in continual learning and growing into their best selves.

Meru Belbayeva
I work in the commercial real estate industry and prior to that I founded Downtown Spirits, a specialty spirits, wine and beer store in Seattle. I love that I landed in real estate because it combines some of my favorite things – architecture, interiors and connecting with people. Outside of the office, I enjoy traveling and experiencing different cultures, skiing, catching up with friends, and trying new wines. I am on the advisory board because I am constantly curious about new topics and hearing people’s stories. RevelEleven connects me to interesting and determined women. It’s always an interesting and inspiring conversation.

Jane Boulware
Despite being a C-Level Executive with a successful 30-year track record, I know what it’s like to feel uncertain, isolated, put-down and afraid to ask for help. I also know what it’s like to be inspired by great leaders, to learn from peers and to receive the support needed to do my best work. I’m on the advisory board to help people of all ages share their experience, strength and support. The RevelEleven advisory board lets me pay forward what I’ve received and learned through the years.

Simone Bullinger
Simone is the marketing and outreach specialist for ANEW (Alternative + Non-Traditional Employment for Women). Her work is centered around workforce development for the queer community, womxn and people of color. A longtime community activist, she conducts her work with the belief that we have a great need for culturally competent social service and mental health providers. She is entering a Masters program for holistic and counseling psychology at Bastyr University.
Why RevelEleven? To increase the visibility of the organization to diverse communities, with the belief that diversity leads to greater understanding.

I am an attorney at a personal injury law firm in downtown Seattle. I am on the advisory board because I care about women helping other women so we can share experiences and resources with each other. I believe that RevelEleven is a great way for women to meet other women and learn about topics through other women’s experiences and stories.

Molly Dietz
Molly is the head of marketing for Strideline socks. Molly has been with RevelEleven since its inception (when it was GrapeVine/Crush) and was enthusiastic about the creation of RevelEleven events with topics geared towards women starting their careers. She has seen the inexplicable power of when a group of women come together and values that RevelEleven ignites inspiration and fosters conversations on topics not found often found in the traditional women’s group.

Rachel Hart
Rachel is an editor, content strategist, connector, creative type, mom, wife, PTA volunteer, and general optimist (former editorial director for Seattle magazine, current content strategist/editor and consultant). I support RevelEleven because I love that everything Joanie and Monica does is with purpose and intention to better the world we live in, whether the environment or connections with other women.

Monica Huntsberry
Monica spent a multi-decade career as a sales leader in financial services. A life-long retreat enthusiast and connector, Monica is passionate about blending her business and personal development skills to help others. She actively mentors young women in early career decisions, is a champion for women who want to increase their earning potential, and supports female founders through angel investing. After moving from LA to the Seattle a few years ago, she learned about the beautiful community at RevelEleven. She is passionate about spreading its mission beyond the PNW and to help others find connection and education through its programs.

Wendy Norman
Through Wendy’s 30 years in various marketing and product management roles, her favorite moments are always the collective energy of people coming together to discuss, debate and dialogue about vital issues to the business. At RevelEleven, we come together to do just that - discuss, debate and dialogue about the vital issues of our lives. Having grown up in the Seattle and lived here all her life, Wendy says it's an honor to help support an organization focused on inspiring and nurturing the women in this community.

For more than 20 years, I have coached busy women looking for clarity, balance, and purpose. When we are busy, we get consumed with DOING and we often forget about who we are BEING—and what we truly desire in our lives. We lack clarity and are searching for tools for direction. My intention is to invoke the wisdom within us so we can feel enlightened and empowered as we move through our lives. The RevelEleven advisory board allows me to be part of creating sacred spaces for women to share, grow, and learn.

At her core, Ritzy is a storyteller. As a brand strategist, she uncovers insights into customer behavior and attitudes that inform the high-level messaging and copy she crafts. A past journalist and magazine editor, she brings more than 15-years of experience supporting client's content in the lifestyle, environmental, tech and health & wellness verticals. She joined the brilliant women who make up the RevelEleven board because the work that this organization does in the world energizes and inspires her in every way. As co-creator of RevelEleven, Monica loves finding ‘aha’ moments for herself and others through education and inspiration. She helped RevelEleven create a platform to provide inspiring speakers and access to wilderness that generates a sense of 'awe' and connectedness—to ourselves, to others, and beyond.
Monica’s background of trotting the globe in corporate real estate, development, and green building, fostered a love of learning and adventure. RevelEleven is near and dear to Monica’s heart and she is excited to help propel its followers to maximize their fulfillment in life.

Janet Stephenson
Director of industry disruptor Katerra by day, dogwalker by night, yogi at heart, and self-described “lifelong RevelEleven groupie”, Janet is a skilled connector who helps provoke ideas into traction with long-lasting value and soul-filling results.

Joelle Williams
A Georgia Peach with Asian roots, Joelle was raised here in Seattle but ventured to Japan and Washington DC for the first decade of her career before returning home to the PNW. A strong believer of following your heart, Joelle transitioned to the fast-paced and ever-evolving food industry after spending years coordinating international education exchange programs. She finds the most inherent joy in connection, curiosity, and creativity - whether that’s via a delicious meal or new cultural experiences. Joelle is excited to join the amazing and accomplished group of women that form RevelEleven, knowing that when we come together we will inspire and empower each other through our unique backgrounds and life experiences.

Kelly Williams
Kelly Williams has been a fundraiser for over 15 years and has worked at Agnes Scott College, UW College of Engineering, and UW Medicine. She currently serves as a Director of Philanthropic Gifts for Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center. She is excited to join the RevelEleven community because she likes being around strong and empowering women and building community. In her free time you will find Kelly at a cooking class, at brunch, or at a barre or pilates studio.
