Building Stronger Connections, One Step at a Time

RevelEleven is different. We invite you to show up as you are—your beautiful, powerful, precious, and unique self. No need for business cards or job titles here.

Why?

Because I lost myself.

In my 40s, I knew exactly who I was in the professional world. As the founder and CEO of Parsons + Co., I thrived in the fast-paced rhythm of meetings, decisions, and making things happen. But when it came to enjoying life and knowing what truly made me happy? That was elusive. I had spent years being busy—so busy that I didn’t realize I had lost touch with myself.

Then the downturn hit. The quiet was deafening. My friends were restless. And I found myself asking: Who am I beyond my work?

That question sparked the beginnings of RevelEleven (which started as the Wine Soiree). I began hosting gatherings in my home, bringing together phenomenal women to talk, share, and go deeper—exploring the questions that led us back to our truest selves. Over time, I realized that work will always have it's highs and lows, but meaningful connections and personal growth sustain us. So, I kept asking more questions, challenging myself to try new things, and deepening my relationships.

And today, connection feels more important than ever.

Last week at our Living a Purposeful Life event in Seattle, we felt that deep sense of connection. Women from around the globe have reached out after recent online events, sharing how conversations about health, happiness, and the toll of toxic productivity have resonated with them.

In chaotic times, connection is everything. It grounds us, inspires us, and reminds us that we’re not alone.

Looking for ways to connect? Let’s come together to support one another, lift each other up, and thrive—together.

Here’s to deep connection,

Joanie Parsons
