Happy Spring! Let’s Celebrate Together

Spring is finally here, and this year, the return of light, blossoms, and blue skies feels more welcome than ever.

Here in the Pacific Northwest, my garden is waking up—daffodils are in full bloom, tulips are nestled in their greenery waiting for April, and the peonies are beginning to show signs of life. As I write this, the rain is falling, nourishing the beauty that will soon unfold around us.

There’s nothing quite like spring after a long season of hibernation. I don’t know about you, but I’ve embraced these darker months to rest, reflect, and set quiet intentions. And now, with the return of the light, I’m ready—ready to lean into what’s blossoming inside and take the next steps toward bringing it to life.

And speaking of spring—let’s talk about the abundance ahead. Soon, our tables will be filled with fresh peas, greens, and herbs, followed by the summer’s bounty of tomatoes, basil, green beans, and squash. Every bite is a testament to the hands that cultivate, cook, and share food with us—whether through cherished family recipes or a night out with friends at a restaurant celebrating the season’s best.
