As the CEO of Beyond Well Media, Sheila’s team provides mental health programming for 1.2 million US workers through a partnership with WebMD. Her podcast, Beyond Well with Sheila Hamilton, offers free mental health tools delivered by a team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and people with lived experience. She enjoys traveling with her daughter and hiking with her two dogs, and she plans to return to graduate school in her sixties to earn an MFA.
