About the Panel:

Dr. Adeola Mead is a Naturopathic Physician and workplace well-being consultant with 15+ years of experience. As a fractional Chief Wellbeing Officer, she partners with leaders to attract and retain top talent via data-based, targeted well-being strategies that maximize ROI. She is the Director at VitaliTeam Workplace Wellness, an agency providing well-being solutions centered on holistic, personalized care for individuals while fostering social connection and positive team cultures.

Caitlin Braam is the founder & CEO of Yonder Cider and The Source Cider. Passionate about helping businesses grow, she spends her days working with producers from across the country and introducing consumers to the world of craft cider. After starting her career in the most unexpected of ways – as a broadcast journalist – Caitlin has worked with a variety of beverages and with companies big and small before starting her own. Caitlin’s career highlights include President of Seattle Cider Company and Two Beers Brewing Co, Angry Orchard’s Brand Strategist and a freelance career in branding, marketing, and PR, working with dozens of cideries, breweries and wineries.  

Colleen Echohawk is the CEO of Eighth Generation, a Native-designed and ethically made art and home goods business using an artist-centric approach. Colleen is a born organizer, change-maker, and leader. Her experiences as an Indigenous woman, small business owner, community organizer, and executive leader inform her efforts in building a community of justice and reconciliation. Colleen is using her connections and business acumen to take the small business global. The company was recently featured in British Vogue with Lily Gladstone and Leonardo DiCaprio.  

Kari Gran is the co-founder of Kari Gran Skincare, a high-quality, organic, and natural skincare company. At 29, Kari was diagnosed with Graves’ Disease and Hashimoto’s Disease. Because of this, Kari started looking into everything from what she ate to what she put on her face. This led her to begin formulating products that fit her skincare needs. Her co-founder, Lisa, had the idea to turn Kari’s products into a business, seeing a need for women that wasn’t really being met in a way that felt authentic or truth-telling. Or, plainly put, calling BS on the beauty industry.

Heidi Carlson is the founder of Heidi Carlson Coaching and a Certified Master Life Coach, specializing in Mother-Daughter relationships. As the youngest of five children born to immigrant parents who were forced to marry and struggled in their marriage, at a young age, Heidi knew there was a lot to learn. At age 19, Heidi embarked on a lifelong self-discovery and personal growth journey starting with therapy, then coaching and various growth programs─ together, this work transformed her life, relationships, including her unhealthy relationship with her mother. In 2021, Heidi made a significant decision to end her three-decade high-tech Corporate Marketing Career to pursue her life’s mission—become a life coach. Through her coaching, Heidi empowers women to break free from unhealthy attachments, heal their emotional wounds, and achieve inner peace.

Sura Kim is the founder of Sura Flow Meditation Coaching and a best-selling author. Sura is passionate about helping people heal through the practice of meditation. She first discovered meditation while working a high-stress life on Wall Street. After receiving profound healing benefits from her personal practice, she left corporate life in New York to study meditation in the countryside of Asia. With extensive experience in both the spiritual and business world, Sura currently offers Certified Meditation and Leadership programs based on her unique 3-step approach.
