Summer of Joy: Awakening to Joy with Ellen Newhouse
Ellen Newhouse will teach us to open into our beautiful heart chakras (center), allowing ourselves to sit where Joy resides. She will take us through a writing exercise that will allow us to excavate the layers surrounding our Joy and express Joy itself. She will close with a Sound Healing.
