Day One || Arrival in Lisbon
Meet at 1 PM for a guided bus tour with our local expert, Fernanda, exploring Lisbon’s stunning viewpoints and iconic sites. We'll kick off this adventure with a welcome dinner at our hotel, setting the tone for the week ahead.

Day Two || Full Day in Lisbon
Begin the day with a morning walk through the city center, soaking in the charm of Lisbon. Visit the National Tile Museum to learn about the country’s rich tile-making history, an art form that defines Portugal’s cultural identity.
In the afternoon, you’ll participate in a ceramic tile workshop at Casa do Azulejo, where you’ll create your very own piece to take home.
End the day with a soulful Fado Night at María da Mouraira, enjoying a traditional Portuguese dinner while experiencing the hauntingly beautiful music of Fado, led by celebrated female singers.

Day Three || Travel to Portalegre
En route to Portalegre, we’ll stop in the charming hill-top town of Arraiolos for a hands-on tapestry workshop with local artisans, diving into the region’s ancient textile traditions.
Check-in at the Portalegre Palace Hotel, a 19th-century mansion turned luxury hotel, where you'll enjoy single rooms for personal relaxation amidst serene gardens.
End the day with a locally sourced, farm-to-table dinner in the hotel’s tranquil setting.

Explore the Tapestry Museum and Factory, where Portugal’s traditional tapestry craft meets contemporary art in a unique and inspiring display.

Day Five || Journey to Évora with a Stop in Estremoz
Enjoy free time to explore the charming town of Estremoz, a place rich in history and picturesque views.
Then, relish a gourmet lunch prepared by Chef Michele Marques at Mercearia Gadanha.
Visit Pepe Aromas Farm for a tasting of cork, olive oil, and wines, guided by local entrepreneur Susana Mendes.
Arrive in Évora and check-in at Hotel Mar de Aqueducto, followed by a delicious evening dinner.

Day Six || Full Day in Évora
Start your day with a guided walking tour of Évora, exploring its historical and architectural beauty.
Take part in a cooking workshop at Sofía’s farm, where you’ll prepare traditional Alentejo dishes using fresh, local ingredients, some straight from Sofía's own garden.
Then, travel to the breathtaking Vicentina Coast and check-in at Monte Zambujeiro, a boutique hotel run by Mónica McGill. End the evening with a magical dinner under the stars.

Day Seven || Rota Vicentina
Walk along the wild beaches of the Rota Vicentina and learn about local conservation projects protecting this coastal gem.
Savor lunch at Lamelas Restaurant, a Michelin-star coastal spot helmed by chef Ana Moura.
Spend the afternoon relaxing on the beach or enjoying the amenities at our hotel before a farewell dinner back at Monte Zambujeiro.
